New puppy stars in Tervakoski Club Show and first class obedience results in Club Championship Games in beginner class with placements 1., 2., 4. ! CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE AND THANK YOU ALL!

Tervakoski hovi weekend began this year with the Club Speciality Show on Saturday 25.7. and there were 252 hovis that were judged by 5 judges. And totaly 13 Tallivahdin hovis took part in show, that is our new record! :-)

Tallivahdin H-litter was very well represented in little puppies 5-7 months there were 7/11 H-puppies in competing and they got very nice results and judgements that were very similar to each other. Puppy males were Hasselhoff, Hauptdarsteller, Heldenhaften, Hindernisläufer, Hoffnung and Hochgelert and also bitch Heerführerin! They won 3 placements Hoffnung became the 2nd, Hauptdarsteller the 3rd, and Heerführerin the 3rd. Little male puppies were altogether 12 and bitches 4. The judge of the puppies was German Breit Wuchert. I was especially happy with the nice characters of H-puppies they were all very open and sure in ring.

Our older hovis had the worst Tervakoski success ever! My MultiChampion Repe got G in working males as well as many years our brightest Tervakoski star Emanze in working class. My MultiChampion Sissi got VG and became the fourth in  working class. These results were due to that we had a normal Finnish show judge Matti Tuominen in working, champion and veteran classes and he gave just few EXC with CQ and none in working class...  Usually judges are the specialists of hovawart and come mostly  from Germany.
Black sisters Geliebten and Göttinnen got VG in open class and theri sm-sister Genie got G. Almost 60 open class bitches were judged by German Kirsten Wesche. So at the end of the day it was clear that this was the first time we could not have a breeder group, which was very sad although it would anyhow have been a two coloured group and with that it is almost impossible to get success in Tervakoski.

On Sunday there was the Obedience Championship Games
and then was our turn to gain great success! There were totaly about 45 dogs in 4 obedience classes. There were 5 Tallivahdin hovis competing 3 in beginner class, 1 in open and 1 in winner class that is the second highest class in Finland.

There were about 25 dogs in beginner class and the judge was Riikka Pulliainen.  And very hot day +30 C made the test even more difficult! But the weather did not disturb Tallivahdin hovis: Winner of the beginner class ws Repe and I with points 184/200 and as it was our third 1-class result we got scholarship TK1 and HP.  Tallivahdin Gauner with Maarit became the second with 183 points and Tallivahdin Emanze with Sarri became the fourth with 177 points. So all our beginner hovis got very nice 1-class results even though we compete obedience only once a year in Tervakoski Champion Games! In open class Eminent with Maarit made better 2-class result than last year and got 154,5 points out of 200. Sissi and I took part in our first winner class test and all movements we can do at home too went well with points 9-10 but those movements that we cannot yet so surely went into 0.  So we do have something to train for the next year! Sissi grandmother was in great working spirit all the time even it really was hot then between 13-15 o'clock.

GREAT WORK, CONGRATULATIONS AND THANKS TO EVERYONE OF OUR NICE TALLIVAHDIN TEAM!
Have a nice summer end and NOW IT IS TIME TO CONCENTRATE FOR THE REAL THING - WORKING DOG TESTS!
