09.01.2014 Soon it will be in book shops:The great guide book to dog sports, in which I was asked to write an introduction of Hovawart!

I just got a nice e-mail that this Great guiden book to dog sports (It is only in Finnish: Suuri koiraharrastajan opas) is coming to book shops at the end of January 2014. It will introduce all kinds of hunting and working dogs and dog sports. The editor of the book Mia Lääti is famous for her DogSports.fi websites and I was very happy when she wrote to me in autumn 2012 and asked me to write an introduction of Hovawart as a breed and especially tell about its´ working capacity and character. And I was very easy to persuade... As I think and write for my living it was very easy for me. I had thought already same things many times in my blog here on Tallivahdin websites. Marita and Sarri were my main proofreaders - MANY THANKS TO YOU, I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED A BOOK FOR YOU! The photos represent Tallivahdin hovis in different colours but which ones ended finaly to the book is a seacret for me as well - so we just have to wait a little while :-) More exact presentations of all writers will be in DogSports.fi as soon as we have written them ready. I will put my Hovawart introduction also to Tallivahdin homepage as soon as books are in the stores. I wish it will sell well! THIS WAS JUST A WONDERFUL PIECE OF HISTORY IN MY DOG HOBBIES!
