Emanze "Laku" made her first FH2 result in her first test try! CONGRATULATIONS LAKU & SARRI! The winner of the class was her sister Englein and with these results they made Finnish hovawart history!

Our own little working-dog club Varsinaiset Hoffit organized today our first FH test this autumn and there were 3 hovawarts competing in FH2 class and 3 other breeds. The judge was Finnish FH-guru Vesa Kuosmanen, who has trained and breeded dogs for FH nearly 30 years. He has also won twice silver medal in World Championship games.

4,5 year old Tallivahdin Emanze called Laku and her owner Sarri was in their third working-dog test and FH-test and for the first time in highest 2nd class. But they made it and got a result  - 76 points and scholarship FH2! Laku is now the 12th hovawart in Finland that has made FH2 and the third Tallivahdin hovi! VERY MANY CONGRATULATIONS LAKU AND SARRI! Now it is soooo nice to travel again to Germany to meet Gomez and wait for good working-dog puppies!

And this was not all! The best of the day was Laku´s sister Tallivahdin Englein "Mango" and her owner Mili, who got now a little bit better FH2 result than last time with good points 83. VERY MANY CONGRATULATIONS TO MANGO AND MILI FOR YOUR SECOND FH2-RESULT and now some more training and luck to gain those over 90 points results and Finnish working-dog champion title... :-D This time we must give some extra points to Mango because she had her fifth day of heat today and yet she could concentrate soooo well!

The third was a German shephard bitch that hot FH1 result with high 96 points in our test. Today she got her first FH2 result with 76 points. When she and Laku had same points Vesa made Laku as one year younger dog to be the seconfd of the day and schäfer became the third. Our third hovawart, a Finnish reindeer dog and a Malinois got no result with differrent reasons.

Vesa is great judge and as been an active in this dog-sport his knowhow is remarkable! We had many good tips as we interviewed him very actively! One thing we also learned today was that when hovawart gets tired in tracking she just stops for a while and then continues after a little pause by her self and she can track to the end. But when for example a malinois gets tired she gets more nervous and starts to run and even gallop and looses the track. :-D

The day was also perfect as anything else today. It had been frozen for the first night but with the sun it became warmer and warmer. And we did not have any wind that is a little surprise here on coast side... This was also one of breeders dream that came true and these bitches made Finnish hovawart history when they both got FH2-result in same test. JUST SOME WONDERFUL TIME TO REMEMBER!!!
